Faper snc. complying with Art. 13 D.Lgs. n°196 of the 30th June 2003 (containing the "Privacy Code "), under the EU Regulation 679/2016 (“GDPR”), informs you of the following:

 

Ownership of the processing and types of data processed:

Faper snc. acts as the "Data Controller" and, to be able to offer you its services collects and/or receives information concerning interested parties, such as:

-          Personal data: name, surname, shipping address, nationality, province and municipality of residence, landline and/or mobile phone number, email address/es, billing information: SSN and VAT number.

-          Internet traffic data: Log, originating IP address, technical and profiling cookies (which allow the website to recognize the device, language, screen size...)

Faper snc. does not require the data subject to provide particular data, that is, according to GDPR (Art. 9), personal data revealing race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, data concerning your health, love life or sexual preference.

Rights of the data subjects

You have the right to be informed free of charge about your personal data that have been stored and the possible right to ask for them to be rectified, deleted, and have their processing restricted, as well as the right to authorize data portability. Please do contact us for any questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, for information involving data access rights, the possibility to rectify, delete or block them, as well as for questions concerning the possible withdrawal of the given consents, meaning the objection to certain data use.
You also have the right to appeal to the responsible data protection supervisory authority.

 

Purpose of data collection

The collected data are essential to be able to provide users with the services offered by Faper snc. after registration, for example, they are essential for orders management and shipment, to reply to requests for information and contact and/ or to send informative material, to provide assistance and/ or warranty, as well as for the fulfillment of any other obligation arising from the purchase.

Under any circumstances does Faper Snc engage in reselling personal data to a third party or use them for undeclared purposes.

Your data will be processed for the management of the contractual relationship resulting from the purchase of one or more products, the management of the order related to that purchase, service delivery, billing, and payment management. (Please note that as to credit card payments, the data will be retrieved safely with the HTTP protocol and processed exclusively by PayPal Inc, parent company of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. Et Cie, S.C.A in full compliance with the law

Your personal data is shared mainly with third parties and/or recipients whose activity is required to carry out the activities related to the existing relation and to meet certain legal obligations, such as:

third parties suppliers of the company Faper snc. (operating by the law and confidentiality requirements) for the delivery of services related to the requested service such as carriers in charge of the delivery/dispatch of orders, providers of electronic communications networks and services, and management service. Credit and digital payments institutions, banking and postal institutes; management of cash, payments and refunds related to the contractual service.

The data will be processed to send advertising material related to special discounts and promos, news updates via email only if you choose to sign up for the newsletter service (you can ask to stop receiving marketing emails by clicking on the link placed at the bottom of each email) or after signing up as a professional customer with YouBarber Pro account. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the data processing will take place through IT tools, or on paper, always using instruments that guarantee safety and confidentiality. 

Faper snc. shall also inform that, in relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise your rights under Article 13 of the Privacy Code, including in particular, the right to know your personal data, to obtain updating, correction or integration, to oppose the processing of illegitimate data or for purposes other than those indicated in this statement. For any request, you can fill in the contact form. Any refusal to authorize data processing will make it impossible to complete the purchase requested.

Definition of cookies:

All data in Analytics are collected the same way as technical cookies, meaning without user profiling thanks to an anonymisation process in the Google Analytics dashboard.

On the website there are also Facebook plug-ins that through the use of cookies allow Facebook to keep the users logged in while browsing, thus offering users the opportunity to “like” the Faper's social media page or leave a comment.

There are also Google Maps plug-ins that while browsing Faper's website allow Google to show logged-in users the exact location of Faper snc. agencies on the map through the use of cookies.
