If you don't have a PayPal account that's when you'll be asked to sign up. From that moment on you'll be able to pay via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for the following purchases. By Paying with PayPal the amount is charged directly to the Paypal account or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard...) or prepaid card (Postepay) associated with the account. PayPal also protects the buyer’s information.

  • Sure; to have your invoice issued, during the signing-in process you have to specify which type of customer you are: Freelancer or Company and you have to fill in VAT and SSN fields, which you'll find in the checkout page of the purchase process.

    The customer who does not request the invoice during the purchase procedure will find the order review and a copy of the duly-issued tax receipt in the parcel. Therefore, it will no longer be possible to request the invoice for that order.

    Faper Snc, on behalf of YouBarber, with certain exceptions, will entrust the parcels to the carrier within 1/2 working days from the confirmation of the order (Saturday, Sunday, holidays excluded), depending on which payment method the customer has selected. The purchased items will be delivered to the address given during the purchase process. The customer will then receive a confirmation e-mail and the tracking number to monitor the shipment directly from the website of the courier. You are advised to sign subject to the waybill. If you don't follow said procedure, in the event of damaged items, there's nothing that can be done. Warehouse stock is directly linked to the website. However, it can happen that some products on the website are not currently available in stock, due to stock alignment errors.

    In case of even temporary unavailability of the requested items, Faper Snc :

    • within 2 business days (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays excluded) from the day of arrival of the payment confirmation email will inform the customer by e-mail;
    • in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty days from the day following the arrival of the confirmation email, will refund the customer any sums paid for the item;
    • upon written request of the customer, will replace the item with another of the buyer’s choice.

We remind you that the fact that Faper Snc relies on an express courier service does not oblige them to deliver the parcel within 24/48 hours. Orders with large amounts of items require a longer time for preparation and packing, hence there may be a delay in shipping. Any possible delay will not imply order cancellation. Once the order has been placed, delivery cannot be refused. Any unclaimed or undelivered items and any returns will be solely charged to the customer (to withdraw from the purchase check R.O.W).

    WARNING: It is up to the buyer to check the integrity of the items received within the first 3 calendar days from the delivery of the parcel. After those 3 days Faper Snc will no longer be liable for damage, lack of material, or spare parts.
