WARRANTY SERVICE

Please note that the standard warranty period for private customers is 24 months, in accordance with the European Directive 1999/44/EC. 

The warranty period for industry professionals is 12 months from the date of purchase. 
The warranty covers only faults and malfunctions that arise under normal conditions of use due to material and/or manufacturing flaws. The warranty expires in case of tampering, alteration or repair of the product by unauthorized persons. 

Components subject to wear and/or damaged due to incorrect use are excluded from the warranty coverage.
