Right of Withdrawal

YouBarber, complying with D.Lgs 21/04/2014 of 21/02/2014, informs you of the possibility to withdraw from this purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day your items have been delivered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the items that you intend to return must be:

new
never used
intact
complete with all the elements contained in the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to the purchase of any product sold by YouBarber, except for:

sealed items that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery;
items which, post-delivery, are inherently inextricably mixed with other items;
clearly customized or custom-made items.

NON-CONFORMITY

In case of any non-compliant or defective product, you are asked to submit a complaint in the section Complaints, within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products.

EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL

After filling in the return request form below, you are requested to ship the products to be returned (with an accurate and adequate packaging) to the following address:

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

Once recieved, the returned products will be checked and in case of positive outcome, a refund will be arranged within 5 working days.
The refund will be issued through a discount voucher that can be used on the next order or, upon request, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
If the returned item appears to be deteriorated, not working or not completely intact, the customer will be liable for the decrease in value
